Yes, we are doing it again. We are having another baby! We are so excited and can’t wait to grow our family. Funny enough, I remember telling my husband that it would be one and done!
As soon as I became pregnant the first time, I knew I couldn’t stop there. I knew I wanted a sibling for Chloe and I knew I wanted my children to be close in age.
I want her to have the opportunity to be an amazing big sister that I know she will be. It’s important that she understands that she has to watch out for her little sibling and protect them. I want these two to be close and take care of one another. I have older siblings that are much further apart in age and I am not close to them so I definitely want better for my daughter. It’s crazy to think there are going to be two little babies running around but it fills my heart with so much joy. Before I got pregnant the second time, I thought how could I share my love for Chloe with anyone else but as soon as I became pregnant, all the love just appeared. I’m so in love already and this little one isn’t even here as yet. I am happy to have a family of my own who I can love fully and share everything with. Becoming a mom has been such a wonderful and eye opening experience.
Also, my husband is overjoyed. I am insanely lucky by how great of a father he is. He is involved in every aspect of her life and does anything and everything for her. He does all of this on his own without ever needing to be asked but because he wants to do it all! Everything comes automatic to him and I am so fortunate to have found him. Little Chloe still doesn’t understand that there is another baby coming but I know she will be excited when the baby arrives.
Baby number two is arriving November 2018 and we are over the moon. I will be updating with the gender very soon!
